Become a tutor

Support a student one hour a week with one-on-one tutoring during the school year at our Ann Arbor location on South Industrial Dr.

Outreach

Become A Substitute Tutor

Volunteer once a week for one hour, October thru May. Reading Tutors work one-to-one with an assigned student during the entire school year. All volunteers that work with youth are required to participate in an annual background check. There are additional weekly opportunities to work with small groups of students on other academic topics, such as writing, math, and educational games. FLI tutor training takes place several times each year.
